We are so excited to announce that for the first time in 8 years, we are inviting you back to the tasting room for an evening of deliciousness at our Winemaker Dinner Celebration on Saturday, November 12th from 6:00 pm- 9:00 pm. Black Dog Farms will be catering this 5 course extravaganza that will be celebrating the bounties of Mendocino County paired alongside our award-winning Barra and Girasole wines. Menu: Hors d’oeuvres at the tasting bar: Mushroom tart Paired with Girasole Vineyards Pinot Blanc & BARRA of Mendocino Pinot Noir First course: Papparadelle en brodo with baked miso-glazed mushrooms Paired with BARRA of Mendocino Chardonnay Main course: Pork sugo over polenta and roasted vegetables Paired with BARRA of Mendocino Zinfandel Dessert: Candy cap mushroom bread pudding with Cowlick’s Candy Cap Mushroom ice cream. Paired with Girasole Vineyards Muscat Canelli. Night cap: Bella Dolce Petite Sirah Dessert Wine and chocolate truffles
